The Grant Textbook Returns and HACC Buybacks will be held in the Library Lobby beginning Wednesday December 11th through Friday December 13th beginning 8:00am to 6:00pm. Please bring your student Id.

  • All grant student Gen. Ed. textbooks must be returned during the specified dates/times to the Library or your student account will be charged according to the average used textbook cost.
  • All grant student Technical program tools must be returned to your instructor before leaving the campus.













Break period is from 6:00pm on Friday, December 13, through 10:00am on Sunday, January 5, 2020. The residence halls will be closed during this time.

  • Classes resume Monday, January 6, 2020.
  • Students MUST leave campus for the ENTIRE break period and cannot enter a Residential Facility without permission during the break.  The only exceptions are for special dire circumstances.  In order to be considered to stay, you MUST complete a form available via email, on-line, at the Residence Life Office in the MAC or at the Student Services Office in Mellor.  This form MUST be completed by Friday, December 6, in order for you to be considered to stay.
  • ALL College policies remain in effect during break period.  If you are currently on Disciplinary Probation, you will not be eligible to stay during the break period.

Before leaving campus, all resident students MUST make appropriate arrangements with their Residence Hall Advisor in order to officially check out of their room.  Failure to do so MAY result in an improper check-out charge of $25.00.  Students intending to withdraw from the College MUST pick up and complete a withdrawal form from the Registrar’s Office located on the first floor of Hartzell.
